After listening to the story, In my opinion i did not like the story because of the officers's actions. Noah and Cleveland spoke differently to the police officers because when Noah spoke to them as if he was talking to one of his friends  but with Cleveland he spoke calm. The reason why the officers did belive Cleveland at the end of the story was because the officer's  called Noah's mother which she confirmed that Cleveland did know the child. The reason why i think  Ms.Edwards chose this story was because she wanted to chow us how rascism was like back in the days. This story relates to kill a mockingbird because both Cleveland and Tom robinson were both accused of doing something wrong just because they were African Americans.

I think it was a good reason for george to shoot lennie. In my opinon, the reason why george killed lennie himself was because he learned from candy's past mistake when carlson killed candy's dog. If george would have let someone else shoot lennie in the head, george would have regret his desision just like candy did. Also, another reason why i think george shoot lennie is because curley wanted to shot lennie in the guts. For example, "I'll shoot 'im in the guts." said curley. This shows that george didnt want lennie to die in pain so he shoot him  in the head so it would be quick and fast before curley shoot him in the guts. This is why i think george made the right desision.

Halloween is a secular celebration based on ancient Druid customs, dating back to 700 B.C. Each year on that night, the Druids would build bonfires and offer sacrifices of crops and animals, and individuals would dress in costumes to disguise themselves from these spirits. We dress up honoring the Celtics, who would wear masks to scare away evil spirits & not have the demons identify them as humans. Almost everything has to do with this whole celebration. Some people celebrate halloween to worship the dead and to worship evil spirits. Some enjoy watching scary movies and dress up in customs and give away candy. Popular customes for halloween now are usally from movies and t.v. shows.  Costuming became popular for Halloween parties in the US in the early 20th century, as often for adults as for children. Costumes are traditionally those of monsters such as vampires, ghosts, skeletons, witches, and devils.There are also costumes of pop culture figures like presidents, athletes, celebrities, or film, television. If i was the director for the 2010 version of mice and men, i would have Leonardo DiCaprio play curley. I would have him play curley in my 2010 film because in most of the movie leonardo does, he reminds me of curley and how aggresive he acts. Well in my opinon. Leonardo DiCaprio is a very good actor.The setting of the film would take place in california,.  I would have Dwayne Johnson play lennie, Brad pitt to play george,  Angelina Jolie to play curley's wife, and Bruce Willis to play slim.

i disagree with carlson's decision to shoot candy's dog because in my opinon i would have let the dog just die of old age.  In my opinon, killing animals is wrong  because we should still treat them with respect. I really love animals and to hear about someone killing an animal is very sad. If my dog was sadly dieing of old age, i wouldnt let a  person kill my dog  just because it's old or some other reason. i would like to be a vet when i older and just working with animals make's me happy, but i would NEVER "put asleep"(kill) an animal. People who eat animals,i understand that because i do to but killing animals that are like pet's to me or that i see all the time is really sad. I think that carlson shouldn't have killed the dog, and i also think that candy shouldn't have let him kill his dog.

Reality vs. Ideal

One thing that i like about school would probaly be all the new people i get to meet. Even though im really quiet, i still want to make new friends so that i won't be alone. One thing that i dislike about this school is probaly geting to class on time with out being pushed and shoved my other people. I dislike this because usally when i try to get to class to class, it is very crowded and so many people are in a rush. Everything else in school and like. There is really nothing that i dislike about school, well not yet.

PART 2: If i were to make a school i would be the principal, of course. My school would be biggest and the best in the county. the students will be able to wear whatever they would like. you would be able to eat in class. Their would also be half day's on friday's. Students would be able to use their phone when they want, but not during class. The only rule that i would give my students would be to get good grades and to not fight.

My favorite type's of music will probaly be r&b,rock,pop, and sometime's rap. I love chinese food. My favorite t.v show is jeresy shore. I love swimming.
